今晚出咗旺角睇戲,六點幾睇完,就周圍睇下有咩好食啦。行下行下,就俾呢間喜鍋吸引住。雖然天氣唔係好凍,但都無阻我地去打邊爐(其實係比佢個招牌花膠鯊魚骨膠原湯鍋吸引左!骨膠原喎)入到去,茶仔咁嘅格局,再加幾張卡位,心諗點解打邊爐鋪頭竟然冇大圓枱?!問左下老闆,原來大枱同埋房間都係樓上。睇下張食物紙,價錢唔貴喎,而且餐前小食同湯底都好多選擇!湯底好多款都好正,選擇困難症又發作。。不過既然一心要試骨膠原湯鍋,咁其他就留返下次啦 (杏汁燉豬肺鍋真係好吸引。。)老闆叫我地like Facebook, 跟住就送咗個麻醬冰菜俾我哋,淸新醒胃!我哋叫咗蟹籽墨魚油炸鬼。呢個小食上枱熱辣辣,油炸鬼香脆,墨魚滑爽口彈牙,再加埋面頭d蟹籽,口感非常豐富,真係必食嘅小食。跟住其他打邊爐嘅嘢都上枱啦!成枱都係嘢食幾開心講返個湯底先,真係非常足料,花膠、鯊魚骨、豬手、雞腳等等,湯頭好鮮味,未開始打邊爐已經各人飲左兩碗湯同食咗好多湯料呢個馬貝係時令海鮮,又係必食推介,師傅已經切左片,淥10幾秒就食得!味道鮮甜,肉質爽脆,唔點任何調味料食就最正。呢碟頂級安格斯牛頸脊勁抵食,$168係細size嘅份量,但其實都有好多好多片

成枱都係嘢食幾開心 講返個湯底先,真係非常足料,花膠、鯊魚骨、豬手、雞腳等等,湯頭好鮮味,未開始打邊爐已經各人飲左兩碗湯同食咗好多湯料
