北角呢頭超多食店,要係呢度站得住腳,當然要有D看家本領!呢間潮式小館,除咗打冷,仲有粵式菜式供應,食緊滷水鵝嘅同時亦可以有金銀蛋浸時菜,靈活性相當高。溏心蛋就食得多,加埋酒又係點呢?!  呢客醉香溏心蛋 ($32),溏心蛋樣出晒黎,口感creamy,但多一份酒香味。食潮州嘢點可以無滷水鵝?!  原本想食得輕鬆要鵝片嘅,但阿姐話有骨會香D,於是就有呢碟雙拼 : 滷水鵝件 (有骨)拼墨魚 ($158)有幾件滷水豆腐墊底,好軟滑; 墨魚片帶點厚度食起黎有口感,一D都唔係食緊香口膠,點D潮式辣油仲正; 鵝件食起黎比較韌,對於唔鍾意"啜"骨嘅我,都係鵝片好D啦!呢客花雕慢煮醉鵝肝 ($128)超級推介,唔係好多地方食得到,入口有鵝肝嘅香味,綿滑無筋,亦有花雕嘅酒香味道,個餘味甚持久,無膩感。總結呢間潮州菜小館出品唔錯,行開呢頭都會再幫襯!
