To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

[#sheungwan] [#hforcantonfood] yum and famous cart noodles at Sheung Wan. Very long queue everyday during lunch.

Ordered beef brisket, pig intestines and shiitake mushroom with rice vermicelli. Very very generous and big portion of meats as for cart noodles and I love it so muchhhhhh, protein!!!!! Actually not only meats, portion of each topping was big too! Soup base was ok rich but not too rich, but the toppings had fully absorbed the soup. Heard that the spicy sauce is a must-add, that was good too but i am not a fan of strong taste so if you are you will love it.

Online CS is good, can see they make food with heart. But the seating there is really a problem - the shop is not big, but do have area which is spacious enough to put in more table and seats so that people no need to wait that long in the queue. Though sadly now we have 2 persons gathering restriction which will make dining in more difficult....
