To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10年前住過深井，以前差不多每個月都會嚟食一次飯。 食物味道和份量都幾好，水準不差。 星期日約了家人入深井食飯，唔食燒鵝食西餐。一入門口已見老闆，笑臉迎人。餐牌上的食物變化不大，但種類亦算多。一坐下，還未點餐已有一籃餐包了點了西冷牛扒，七成熟，來到應該有八成熟，但也可以。黑松露蝦帶子炒天使麵，味道偏淡；反而蕃茄紅酒汁會雞皇高纖米很入味！焗芝士肉醬千層麵，味道同以前一樣。每個餐也有小甜品，多數是cheesecake, 但再加杯飲品就太飽了。 我比較喜愛Tiramisu, 細細件，無cheesecake 咁油膩～ Kcal 在深井十幾年，近這兩次再食，味道真的跟十年前差不多，但人情味依舊
