呢日同朋友去大角咀到食dinner,好耐冇食中餐,我地搵左一間中餐廳,估唔到有好大既驚喜!呢間餐廳係由名廚親自主理,入面啲菜式都係認真製作既傳統中菜,有啲更加係接近失傳,出面好少見既!我地點左黃金脆皮小黃魚,色、香、味俱全既一道菜!小黃魚炸到好香脆,成條又頭到尾都可以食既,連入面既骨都脆到可以食落肚,外層沾滿鹹蛋黃醬,真係超級推薦既一道菜!另外仲有老火煲南北杏雞骨草豬尾骨湯,估唔到喺餐廳都可以飲到咁有誠意既湯,老火湯係煲左幾個鐘,一啲味精都冇落,但係超級鮮甜,想滋潤一下既一定要試下呢煲湯!呢個豉油皇新鮮鵝腸都超正,鵝腸係每日新鮮訂既,食落好好爽彈,同出面食到既冰鮮鵝腸係完全兩個層次。呢個避風塘茄子都唔錯!

另外仲有老火煲南北杏雞骨草豬尾骨湯,估唔到喺餐廳都可以飲到咁有誠意既湯,老火湯係煲左幾個鐘,一啲味精都冇落,但係超級鮮甜,想滋潤一下既一定要試下呢煲湯!
