前排我和同事一齊收工之後,佢話想一齊食飯,所以就同佢一齊去左食油麻地的滖得棧,因為佢話食過個湯底好正,無落味精但一樣濃味,所以我們就試下了。我們揀左個鴛鴦湯底,潮州湯拼海底椰,之後就叫火鍋料了,我們揀左皇帝菜、魚皮鮫、自製蝦滑、西班牙黑豚肉、讚岐烏冬、黑牛柏葉。豉油會預備一些配料可供選擇,有蒜蓉、乾蒜蓉、蔥、辣椒。首先講下個湯底先,海底椰比較清甜,入面有紅蘿蔔、粟米,仲有好足料的肉,只係望湯料都知真係真材實料,而潮州湯主要係加左潮州紫菜、豆腐等,但只是飲湯底,已經好好味,兩者我比較鍾意潮州湯。西班牙黑豚肉方面,佢係薄片來的,但是淥完之後一樣好滑,和肉味依然好足好濃。魚皮餃食得出個皮和出面的唔同,係比較煙韌一點和得滑,而且入面肉的size唔會太大,淥起來剛剛好。黑牛柏葉都幾爽,基本上淥一陣就已經可以今,口感不錯,加上湯底夠味,唔加豉油都ok。皇帝菜都唔少,淥左好多轉都仲有,都幾抵食。烏冬係真係人地一個個冰個種烏冬,唔係係街平平一包包的個啲嚟,平時食烏冬一定要有餸先好食,但係佢索左湯已經夠味,可以直接食。最後就係重頭戲,我覺得最正的自製蝦滑,佢除左打左成膠之外,仲有放返原隻蝦粒入去,增加口
