To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日太熱唔想去遠嘅地方決定去啲近既地方食下野就算呢間譚仔其實都開咗好耐但係一路都未試過比起其他譚仔呢間譚仔會更加小人唔使排隊但係今日入到去嘅時候都爆曬場得返兩個位咁入去入到去好快就叫咗一個蕃茄湯底魚腐米線同埋一個大土匪雞翼喇先講土匪雞翼真係水準好穩定佢可以焗到岩岩好個皮好脆但痴著骨既肉係微紅岩岩好熟所以D雞肉仲係好嫩滑米線個湯底就偏甜今日冇咩胃口都可以食得落好多米線正常腍身整冊黎講米線冇出面D整得咁好食但個雞翼超高質

先講土匪雞翼真係水準好穩定佢可以焗到岩岩好個皮好脆但痴著骨既肉係微紅岩岩好熟所以D雞肉仲係好嫩滑

米線個湯底就偏甜今日冇咩胃口都可以食得落好多米線正常腍身整冊黎講米線冇出面D整得咁好食但個雞翼超高質
