今日見客,嚟咗呢一間食Omakase🤤今次真係多謝Senior帶我出嚟見識吓,又可以食到餐咁好味嘅Omakase‼️我真係忍唔住拎相機出嚟影低紀念一下👻睇住啲相真係要再鞭策下自己俾心機D工作,下次再嚟食好啲🤤我哋嗌咗個迪嘅餐,有晒前菜、壽司刺身等夠晒豐富😊先食下前菜枝豆,豆味好濃,好似特別好食咁👻仲有唔同嘅漬物,個蘿蔔又係特別好味,醋酸味剛好,為食壽司刺身之前打開序幕🫡師傅上咗一個叫做間白魚配紫蘇花,一上枱花香味就籠罩住我,間白魚魚肉質細嫩纖滑,師傅仲話花莖以上嘅花都可以食用,呢碟完全冇浪費,全部食晒🤩😋北海道帆立貝用竹炭鹽,帆立貝夠厚身,新鮮腍滑,上面嘅竹炭鹽更加係提升帆立貝嘅鮮味❣️

師傅上咗一個叫做間白魚配紫蘇花,一上枱花香味就籠罩住我,間白魚魚肉質細嫩纖滑,師傅仲話花莖以上嘅花都可以食用,呢碟完全冇浪費,全部食晒🤩😋

北海道帆立貝用竹炭鹽,帆立貝夠厚身,新鮮腍滑,上面嘅竹炭鹽更加係提升帆立貝嘅鮮味❣️
