To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越南湯河小店，牛油雞翼出色

之前外賣食過覺得幾好，今次試埋堂食，佢嘅門口唔算好顯眼，可能因為佢貼左好多相喺個櫥窗度變左有時行過都唔會留意到佢，佢係一間好細嘅越南菜， 入內只有十幾個座位。 今次叫左佢地嘅「招牌孖寶湯河粉」，有牛丸、牛肉、牛腩、豬肉丸同扎肉，再加左隻煎蛋，賣相係絕對可以， 好豐富， 計落價錢就唔算貴，落埋啲辣椒同青檸其實食落去爽，又唔會好油， 唯一係煎蛋明顯係 overcooked ，蛋個底濃到係又苦又硬另外再叫左個「法式牛油蒜香雞翼」，好食， 不過上枱果下心入面諗緊我叫左啲咩 開頭以為佢炸得好厚粉，點知原來係上面係鋪滿左蒜頭，咬落去都好香牛油味，不過小心：超！級！熱！如果見到有位，想快吞轟碗有質素嘅粉麵，呢度回頭率係高嘅～ 好想試埋佢個「腍肉」睇下係咩嚟
