To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啲飯唔係少餸就係冇乜汁，魚塊西蘭花啲魚塊可以少到一個點，配咗個竹生鮙，一打開成陣燶味畋出嚟，都唔知點做生意嘅，煲燶咗成煲野都照賣比人，唔係普通嘅燶，係勁大味果隻呀！！！好心唔好將貨就價，係就加幾蚊，唔好縮皮得咁離普好唔好！打去話聽日換過比我，大佬呀，我係而家想食飯，唔係買定聽日食囉！買飯唔通想走多幾轉去換野咩？！連鎖點做得差成咁，啲客好快冇哂囉！！！以前都好好地，激氣！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
