今天的氣溫有三十多度,炎炎天氣不想屈響廚房對住個火,我和hubby尋味去。今天試試屯門的越南菜。這餐廳比較causal 同感覺年輕,湯粉由48-78不等,而小食則由28-88不等,走大眾化路線。火車頭(68):有牛柏葉,牛筋,牛腩片,牛丸和生牛肉等。牛肉唔會太肥,嫩口;牛腩片過瘦,有點韌;牛筋好淋;牛丸ok彈牙。湯底:清澈有清甜的味道,唔會太油。唯蘿蔔已壞,有酸醙味。小食拼盤(88):豬肉濱海,春卷,扎肉每款三件加木瓜沙律。豬肉濱海:豬肉有肉味唔乾,味道濃郁配上魚露蝦片,囗感豐富;春卷:以素菜和香料為主,同樣香脆可口,唔覺油膩;扎肉:扎肉質地q彈,有肉味。馬拉盞通菜: 夠火侯,通菜嫩又夠入味,唔太咸或辣。蜜糖蘆薈:甜甜地,好潤喉,似飮蜜糖多D。以越棧的價錢有這樣ok的味道,認真不錯!
