To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇出街，今日難得出街，順便買外賣返屋企食，我地去左聯和墟球場對面的越瀧棧買外賣，冇黎一排，餐廳新裝修，我覺得餐廳環境比以前更舒服，而餐牌除了越南午餐亦多了泰式午餐，午餐款式有更多選擇。香辣牛仔粒紅米飯唔食紅米飯可以免費轉白飯意想不到牛仔粒份量夠多，而且大大粒，個汁香辣惹味，送飯一流香茅雞扒撈檬嘩，好大兜，而且香茅雞扒大大塊，切件上，仲要有5件咁多，雞扒嫩滑入味，我最鐘意撈檬入面配料夠多，有蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、炸蒜、蔥，加上甜中帶酸的魚露，非常醒胃。香茅雞翼湯檬粉湯與檬粉分開裝，拎到返去都唔會索晒汁，香茅雞翼有4隻，我幾鐘意以到既湯頭，味道濃郁，又不會太咸，而且麵底下有幾舊蘿蔔，蘿蔔清甜入味。拍青瓜天氣開始熱，食手拍青瓜岩晒，味道辣辣地，食落爽口清涼又開胃珍多冰&龍眼冰&滴漏咖啡一直都好鐘意以間滴漏咖啡，清醇中帶點微苦，咖啡味道濃厚
