To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-越瀧棧-@粉嶺.平時同父母食飯都會選揀中菜,前幾日媽媽講起都食下越南野 所以就帶她到聯和墟的越瀧棧。.哩度唔單止有越南菜,仲有泰式嘅選擇。.越式網紋春卷 (6件) ($48)先點一個小食,越式網紋春卷的春卷皮係網形,層次較多,所以食落特別鬆化,而且好乾身,一點也不油膩。裏面的餡料係碎豬肉,加埋個醬汁超級開胃。.泰式咸脆肉炒通菜 ($68)份量超大的炒菜。起初以為泰式咸脆肉係肉碎質地,上菜先知原來係大大片炸香過的五花腩,望落油脂部份比較多,但係因為已經炸到金黃酥脆,食落反而唔會覺得好油。.咸脆肉味道較濃,加埋通菜炒香,十分惹味。.香辣雞絲湯檬 ($54)香辣雞絲份量同樣很多,滿滿雞絲混合紅蘿蔔絲和青瓜絲,加上酸酸辣辣的醬汁,甚是開胃。.湯底雖然係清湯,加入蘿蔔、香蔥和洋蔥,已經好夠味。檬粉的份量好多,食極都食唔完咁。.生牛肉湯金邊粉 ($54)生牛肉夠薄身,上菜時仲係半生熟的,食落嫩滑唔韌。牛骨湯底加上脆蒜和洋蔥等提味,更為鮮味。.龍眼冰 ($30)龍眼肉好多,唔會太甜,好清新。
