雞煲近幾年無處不在,估唔到連越菜館都有雞煲供應。雞煲有二人或四人份量,取價百多二百多元,屬茶餐廳價錢。越滿位處旺角洗衣街,較多遊客光顧,裝修清新,有可愛的公仔牆畫。雞煲重口味,一定要叫上凍飲。鹹檸及鹹梅梳打都以一整罐梳打水奉上,可以倒出一杯半左右,很清酸解渴。越式香茅雞煲越式雞煲與中式雞煲味道分別不大,同樣有芫茜、唐芹、薑片、辣椒、乾葱頭等濃香配菜,雞件有肉地,不會斬得太細碎,雞肉嫩滑入味。燒豬頸肉撈檬 豬頸肉肥瘦適中,燒得乾身入味,配上淡味檬粉很對板。順化蔗蝦 蝦膠厚厚的有蝦味又彈牙,竹蔗咬下有竹蔗本身的清甜味,可以中和炸蝦膠的熱氣。
