跟朋友再攞左假期下個月再去越南,但想飛嘅心情一早已經頂唔住。所以就食住先過下人口癮,知道荃灣路德圍一向都係美食集中地,就揀左呢度大吃一餐。招牌牛肉湯河。除左牛肉有啲過熟之外,味道都幾唔錯香料足,而且湯底入口甘香令淡味嘅河粉生色不少。牛肉好大塊同同入味,食嘅時候加上少少檸汁中和一下個咸度啱啱好。越式柚子鮮蝦沙律。新鮮柚子堆到山咁滿,正!甜酸汁唔會過辣,配上柚子嘅微微苦味,蝦肉爽口入味,連同柚子食好開胃。雜綿拼盤。份量好豐富,有蔗蝦/牛油雞翼/蒸粉粿/炸春卷。蔗蝦肉質結實香口,蝦味好濃又帶點甜味,幾好食。蒸粉粿嘅皮幾煙韌,調味唔錯。不過牛油雞翼及春卷就油膩咗少少,味道唔算有突出。越式豬頸肉飯。一定要轉做椰香飯底,因為個椰子味十分香,配上醬汁撈飯十分惹味。而豬頸肉好大塊同燒得香口,咸咸地配飯食一流。越式燒魚。用上䱽魚即時燒製,所以都等左一陣,但因為細微魚骨全無,所以可以大啖大啖咁食唔怕骾骨。魚肉偏結實但油香依然足夠,愛魚朋友不能錯過。越式滴漏凍咖啡。咖啡味香但唔會太苦,攪勻煉奶黎飲幾香滑,飲後一杯咖啡,消膩又醒神。正。椰青清甜又解暑,啱晒近排炎炎夏日。近近地唔使飛越南都食到正宗越腩味道,荃灣
