I used to think their Egg-Tartswere OK but never exceptional, their bread probably slightly better. Anyway bought a few tarts and bread to share when they came out from oven! The type of Pastry here is 牛油皮 (I label it as Shortcrust Pastry for convenience, but its slightly different.... its not entirely Cookies base either!). The Crust crumbles and falls apart, it has some weak but not much buttery taste - that's not how I remembered it in the past, which is strange!

The baked Egg Custard was pretty bad for today's standards. No egg taste AT ALL, it just tasted like milk with a hint of saltiness. SCORE: 2.5/5

Also tried their 雞尾包 (no photo). The bun was not aromatic at all despite the presence of desiccated Coconut inside. In fact, the inside filling was like '一 PAT 嘢' and so wet and dense, quite disgusting! The external bun itself reeked of bad quality 'oil', it was quite obvious. SCORE: 2.5/5
