To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去完離島後,同朋友試食呢間補祝生日,見到有個套餐$888有魚翅有蝦有海参有雞有帶子就點左黎食。最初先黎隻雞但味道偏鹹,唔太好食。跟住就黎左套餐重頭戲魚翅,個魚翅堅足料,應該有二至三兩,啲翅針仲要幾粗下,但味道中規中矩。再黎個花菇海参,都係一般味道。跟住到個帶子,賣相一般但居然有驚喜。帶子帶微辣好野味,啲芥蘭好細心同你去左莖部表面層皮先煮食到好嫩。跟住再黎隻豉油蝦,調味剛剛好唔會過鹹,隻蝦亦非常爽口,值得一讚。最後黎左個瑤柱豆苗同陽春麵。兩者冇乜特別所以唔多介紹。整體黎講一般般,未必會再幫襯。
