天氣熱辣辣最好就係開大冷氣食雞煲,今次去依間上水的燒皇燒烤專門店,除左有雞煲仲有串燒等燒物,我想食既嘢都有齊晒。 我朋友唔太食得辣,所以我地點左椰子雞煲(半隻),加拿大特級牛肩肉及安格斯肥牛,白鱔片,響鈴,娃娃菜,燒物叫左鵝肝多士,燒蠔,遞單時店員好意提點燒物可以食完雞煲先點,我地都大讚佢夠細心。 椰子雞煲好香椰子味,原來係用新鮮椰子,加上雪耳,紅棗,杞子等等配料,未食已經有味覺的滿足,侍應代為落雞件,我地叫左半隻都好多件雞,滾起後朋友先飲一啖湯,大讚清甜,我地當然唔好執輸一人飲一碗,真係好清潤。至於配料,我覺得牛肩肉及安格斯肥牛各有各好,牛肩肉油脂偏少,但牛味香濃;安格斯肥牛偏肥帶油脂,入口溶化,二款牛都係我的最愛。 食到最後太飽的關係,我地只點了鵝肝多士,鵝肝比較細和薄,口感欠奉,但多士蒜容味香焗得夠脆口,下次要留肚再試埋其他串燒。

我朋友唔太食得辣,所以我地點左椰子雞煲(半隻),加拿大特級牛肩肉及安格斯肥牛,白鱔片,響鈴,娃娃菜,燒物叫左鵝肝多士,燒蠔,遞單時店員好意提點燒物可以食完雞煲先點,我地都大讚佢夠細心。

椰子雞煲好香椰子味,原來係用新鮮椰子,加上雪耳,紅棗,杞子等等配料,未食已經有味覺的滿足,侍應代為落雞件,我地叫左半隻都好多件雞,滾起後朋友先飲一啖湯,大讚清甜,我地當然唔好執輸一人飲一碗,真係好清潤。至於配料,我覺得牛肩肉及安格斯肥牛各有各好,牛肩肉油脂偏少,但牛味香濃;安格斯肥牛偏肥帶油脂,入口溶化,二款牛都係我的最愛。
