To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時成日出街食飯嘅我,又無湯水滋潤,又無愛情滋潤,唉...但最近我見到ig有幾個foodie都推介 #soupdayhk ,就去會一會佢!間店叫湯譜,我以為淨係賣湯,點知佢又賣點心,又賣飯,都幾多元化,可惜我當日食飽先去,就無緣幫襯佢啲飯,淨係叫咗個湯,同埋忍唔住叫咗個好可愛嘅企鵝奶黃包我叫嘅湯係黑蒜螺頭燉湯,可能我太重口味,覺得黑蒜可以再重味啲,但我基本上睇其他人食評都話啱啱好😬 個湯好多料,我輕輕一「不」就有咁多,啱哂我呢啲鍾意食湯渣嘅人至於個企鵝,打卡一流,我post喺ig好多人問,但係入面個心係未蒸熱,一舔,仲係凍嘅🤐 同埋包嘅比例真係太多了,我咬哂成個頭都未食到啲奶黃,咁就$38💸
