土瓜灣有好多平靚正食店, 今次跟朋友來這間路邊煱原來已經在土瓜灣有兩間分店的呢~在等齊人之前, 我已經肚餓, 友人就落住Order 食個椒鹽魷魚鬚 (HKD48) , 熱辣香口.八味金磚豆腐(HKD 48) , 有點像椒鹽炸豆腐, 也是香脆可口.定齊人, 就來個招牌菜先, 招牌雜菌花甲蟹鍋 (HKD 400), 非常足料, 有好多花甲, 而且花甲蟹是成隻落去個鍋度, 加上雜菌蕃茄栗米等配料, 湯底非常鮮甜之餘, 非常多料吃, 大大隻蟹鉗的說~飲完個湯, 就可以原鍋打邊爐啦~ 除了叫了頂級午餐肉 (HKD38), 新鮮肥鵝腸 (HKD778) 及脆鯇片(HKD48) 外當然要來碟手切新鮮本地肥牛併牛頸脊(HKD 288) , 果然是肉質新嫩, 肥瘦適中有趙口冰豆腐 (HKD38) , 初時我以為未融雪, 但其實這個是特色來的, 這樣豆腐就更有質感當然不少得有爽口彈牙的手打四寶丸(HKD78)及首創紫菜脆響鈴 (HKD46)招牌雞煲皇 (HKD226) , 非常足料, 而且有調味醬油, 帶甜的醬油加上花椒八角同辣椒等, 一上桌已經香辣氣味四溢, 愈食愈野味, 愈食愈流汗, 但還是想繼續食啦
