雖然冬天未到, 但踏入九月已開始有入秋feel, 加上多雨水, 氣溫的確降低了. 之前天氣熱, 己有一段時間無打邊爐, 上openrice搜尋下, 見到淘園個花膠雞煲鍋翅幾吸引, 於是就來了. 一心一意來食花膠雞煲鍋翅, 坐底見到張菜單, 實在太多選擇了, 真會令人三心兩意的, 不過最後都下定決心要花膠雞煲鍋翅, 其他煲唯有下次再來食啦!店雖然不大, 但四面都有電視, 要追劇都無問題. 另見到水吧頂有好多美酒收藏, 相信老闆都係愛酒之人, 愛酒之人通常都好熱性好客. 花膠雞煲翅鍋 $218: 用料足, 湯底是真材實料熬出來, 配料唔點醬料都夠味. 花膠同魚翅都大大塊, 而且好多, 雞件大大舊有肉, 唔係得骨頭.蝦滑拼墨魚滑 $68: 新鮮, 結實有彈性, 份量足, 唔會介得幾舊就無. 而且可以兩種滑溝埋一齊食, 一啖食到兩種口味 美國肥牛 $78: 帶有牛肉羶香, 肉質有嚼勁而不鞋不韌 冬瓜 $28: 最後食幾件冬瓜件, 冬瓜盡吸湯底及配料精華, 而且係厚切大舊, 滾一段都不會過諗及溶甩 竹庶茅根水 $32: 微甜剛剛好, 沒有過份添加糖, 潤喉清熱之餘亦可清清味蕾 埋單二人$499
