To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行過灣仔，發現明明車仔麵開了新店，一於試試。店舖不大，所以會坐得比較逼。餸類款式非常多，而且湯汁和麵底也有數款可以選擇。有選擇困難的我就點了6款standard餸的招牌麵，包括有咖喱魷魚、滷水糖心蛋、酸齋、雞翼、牛腩和魚皮餃。湯汁選了鹵水汁，麵底則選了公仔麵。餸份量足夠，滿滿一碗蓋過麵。糖心蛋keep到流心，不錯。雞翼非常入味。咖喱魷魚爽脆，值得一試。公仔麵為正常一包的份量，感覺如果點其他麵底的話，麵的份量會較多。

餸份量足夠，滿滿一碗蓋過麵。糖心蛋keep到流心，不錯。雞翼非常入味。咖喱魷魚爽脆，值得一試。

公仔麵為正常一包的份量，感覺如果點其他麵底的話，麵的份量會較多。
