To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下了幾日大雨，今天天氣稍為好點，間中只有一兩陣大雨，出外工作也不是很狼狽。很少去跑馬地的我，今日工作地點就是這處。幸好午飯時間沒有跑中環、灣仔地區咁多人。所以，好多食店可選，經過這間傳统的上海菜食店- 上海弄堂菜肉餛飩,於是就食不太油膩，相對清淡的一餐。看看餐牌，有午市套餐和1人套餐，價錢由$46至$98不等，於是便點了二個 1人套餐和一客小籠包。味道方面，個人喜歡這裡的上海粗炒和菜肉餛飩。上海粗炒炒得色澤好靚，每條麵都沾滿鼓油汁。油落得不多所以不太油膩。味道適中，不太酸又不淡，非常啱我胃口。至於菜肉餛飩更皮薄餡靓，包得好大隻又靓料，內裏的白菜仔好靓好清甜，用上半肥瘦攪碎豬肉做餡，配上清湯底食，健康又味道正。👍👍上海粗炒有水準菜肉餛飩更皮薄餡靓麻婆豆腐豆夠滑白菜清淡鲜甜小籠包餡靓好食，可惜皮厚，影响賣相
