To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跑馬地茶餐廳/冰室都有好幾間，但好食既只限一兩間，今日下晝就揀左去牛奶冰室。冰室位置係馬場對面，雖然睇唔到草地，但見到好多樹，感覺好舒服。Order食物係scan QR code嘅，但如果有特別要求可以同侍應講，佢會幫你同廚房講，但太部份要求例如少甜、少冰、檸檬茶多酸、少酸都可以係電話落單時可以揀，都幾方便。全日常餐： 生滾牛肉湯通粉、牛奶炒滑蛋、蒜蓉多士 、熱檸水 $56先黎牛奶炒滑蛋、蒜蓉多士，蛋炒得好香好滑，蒜蓉多士又烘得好香，夾埋滑蛋一齊食真係一流。跟住再黎生滾牛肉湯通粉，先飲啖湯先，原來係薑味湯仲有d薑絲添，薑味岩岩好，好好味😋牛肉係鮮牛，好淋好食。通粉煮既時間岩岩好，唔會過淋👍🏻。最後後埋杯熱檸水，佢地係用檸檬汁，所以唔需要自己篤檸檬，仲可以要求檸檬汁份量，非常好。對面咁舒服嘅境，食物質素又咁好，真係令人心情都舒暢d。
