早前曾嚐過同樓層的鳥燒居,沒想到今天又回來。男友今日選了壽司庭,店內地方很寬敞,無論是吧檯還是卡座,距離都闊得嚇人。我們的卡座,可能容得下8~10人,環看店內好像都沒有二人座。餐牌內的刺身 · 壽司御膳、和食御膳和稻庭烏冬都有「午市買一送一」優惠,送的那份仍然需要收加一服務費。我們選了本日燒魚御膳餐,前菜一共四味,包括沙律、麵豉湯、茶碗蒸蛋和稻庭烏冬。當中稻庭烏冬的口感爽彈,比較難忘。其他諸如麵鼓湯,彷彿嚐到檸檬的酸味,感覺有點怪怪的。茶碗蒸水準正常,質感挺身,內裡混了蟹柳條、蝦仁和冬菇片。吃燒魚嘛,一定要吃原條才開心。是日燒魚是花鯽魚,以前homestay叔叔老家是北海道,所以每日的早餐不是ほっけ就是さけ,今日再嚐這種家庭式燒魚,令人不禁有點懷念留日的時光。這種魚通常開邊醃製過,肉質結實帶鹹香。最開心的地方,就是魚骨不多,正中一條一掀就起,非常方便。眼前這條,燒得倒快,味道鹹鹹的,蘸一點柚子豉油去腥,非常不錯。肉質出奇地嫰滑,不同部位好像有不同口感,有些比較嫩,有些比較結實,很有層次,可惜白飯比較硬。撇開這個,這個套餐正價才$198,真心覺得扺。見海膽刺身價錢不貴,貪心的叫了一板來嚐

是日看不見日藉師傅駐場,吧檯內誰是高徒四月也不太清楚,只見廚房常常聚在一起。壽司師傅嘛,可能習慣了,還是少話比較有專業的樣子哦。
