跟客人食飯, 剛好在北角就試試這個有得獎餐廳焗釀蟹蓋用蟹蓋釀蟹肉, 加入芝士, 洋蔥. 不錯再點了金錢炸蟹盒口感好好, 比出面的炸蟹肉好好多翡翠紅梅蝦球好爽口,味道好好再點了柚子脆蝦球蝦再大隻了, 汁是酸酸甜甜的. 但我個人覺得靚蝦攞去炸, 浪漫了 味道不太吸引我得獎之作黑松露好香, 煎魚也一流. 三色蛋白制作考工夫, 可能黑松露同煎魚太濃味, 蛋白味道不夠突出全晚我覺得最好食之作好香, 好入味, 雞肉滑也不太肥. 必食!!!師傅炒飯香, 重XO醬味有幾個後生仔, 唔夠食再加個荷葉炒飯太趕身, 味道不及師傅炒飯
