To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很喜歡星期六到上環區，沒有平日的人來人往，整區都變得靜靜的，餐廳依照營業，不用像平日午市般排長龍，然而星期日則更靜，連餐廳也大多數關門，想食好西也沒有機會😬難得這次星期六下午要到上環一趟，天氣又冷冷的，想要點熱湯食物，一於去發哥也會到的車仔麵店一試😍行到蘇杭街差不多街頭，見到店舖門口貼了數張店家與發哥的合照，就知道自己找對了！車仔麵有早點餸的，也有設定了的「大尊」、「小尊」。我與友人都選定了自選四餸油麵，再單點一份雞翼尖，及每人一杯豆漿。車仔麵果真十分足料，腩汁湯底亦夠濃味，上桌時熱辣辣，在這寒冷的天氣一邊吃一邊感覺到溫暖，咖哩魚蛋大粒得來又夠彈牙，酸齋也好味，大大件的，滷水豬頸肉味道調得剛好，也推介，油麵麵條粗粗的，每條都又飽肚又實在！唯獨那份雞翼尖上桌時溫度凍凍的，令它的美味度大減。但總括而言，車仔麵大大碗夠飽肚，味道又好，真的值得一試！
