路過中環需要等候的時候，上網搜尋中環咖啡店，看到這一家藍瓶咖啡店，蠻有來頭的藍瓶香港新開的店便走進了。店舖簡潔乾淨，一進來便有店員的熱情Greetings。總共有地下及樓上，外面的外帶連小位子，樓上的有坐下喝咖啡吃東西，滿座而且很嘈雜，四時到要稍等位置，點了兩杯Latte，一杯冰一杯熱的送上，咖啡香味回甘，初時以為冰的那杯味度會因加冰已變淡，但絕對沒有，真的很好喝！五時打烊，但仍可在店裡多坐一回，很開心遇到一杯優質咖啡☕️ 真心值得推介！
