呢間隱世既私房菜喺尖沙咀漢光大厦,喺漢口道同宜昌街交界,睇地址就話漢口道,但其實係入口係喺宜昌街,第一次去既朋友,呢個搵私房菜秘景既感覺真係出哂黎。首先黎個大白菜豬肺湯,湯水頭夠哂味道,跟埋碟湯渣令鐘意食湯渣既我lam哂嘴,太耐無食過豬肺喇,幾乎唔記得左豬肺既味道,呢度既豬肺做得好爽,唔錯,絕無謹有既幾舊喉嚨軟骨極脆,好彩在座無乜人識欣賞,無人同我爭唧。仲有紅蘿蔔,滾到淋 pat pat 既大白菜,呢推湯渣,點啲豉油,真係正到無朋友。花雕蛋白蒸蟹,一上枱已經夠哂氣勢啦,隻蟹雖則就唔係話好鮮,不過就夠哂大隻,啖啖肉,個蛋白蒸得勁滑,味道亦好好,夠哂酒味,正。金銀蒜粉絲蒸扇貝,基本野,廚師亦拿揑得好準確,蒜香味濃。糯米雞,呢個功夫菜,首先要將雞隻拆骨,再將炒好既糯米飯釀番入去隻雞身度,等啲糯米飯索哂啲雞味。糯米飯略濕身,味道美,個飯本身經已炒熟,唔需要焗得太耐,啲雞應該可以滑啲。鳳尾蝦,蝦膠打得彈牙,蝦膠所包裹住既蝦亦都夠大隻新鮮。鮮魚湯雜菌,有個菜間吓場,幾好丫,如果魚湯再濃啲就更加好喇。蘋果咕嚕肉,用蘋果代替菠蘿炒咕嚕肉都係第一次試,都幾特別,同埋原來都夾到喎,個人覺得可以用蘋果同菠蘿

花雕蛋白蒸蟹,一上枱已經夠哂氣勢啦,隻蟹雖則就唔係話好鮮,不過就夠哂大隻,啖啖肉,個蛋白蒸得勁滑,味道亦好好,夠哂酒味,正。

蘋果咕嚕肉,用蘋果代替菠蘿炒咕嚕肉都係第一次試,都幾特別,同埋原來都夾到喎,個人覺得可以用蘋果同菠蘿一齊炒,肉黎講都算炸得幾脆,亦醃得入味,係有幾舊比較肥左啲唧,整體都唔錯。

埋單位位三舊,有蟹有扇貝有隻雞有蝦有肉,抵食,亦係上樓舖先有既超值。
