To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 下午兩點多來到尖沙咀的永年士多,店內人潮滿滿,需要排隊點餐、自己拿麵。車仔麵重要的就是配料,永年士多的選擇很多,這次來試試招牌品項三餸一麵 41 + 一餸 8選了豬腸、流心蛋、雞翼、蘿蔔麵底選了米粉,正常份量,這間的餸都切的大大塊,看起來很足料。湯底看起來清透,喝起來甜甜的,加了腩汁使味道更重,喝起來都是那個味道,整體湯頭不是很特別溏心蛋做得成功,蛋黃呈黃色半熟,不過本身沒有蛋味和調味,略顯單調豬腸很薄,沒有什麼肥肉,滷得入味,大大件有嚼勁雞翼一份兩隻,滷汁的味道和大腸差不多,體積為普通大小,肉質有點硬蘿蔔是這次最驚喜的部分切的大塊咬下去多汁,而且有自然蘿蔔甜味,非常好吃總結:永年士多是一間好吃的車仔麵,但就味道而言沒有太過人之處
