Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過深水埗見到間 #聚來車仔麵, 食物款式多, 環境又舒服, 一於去食下. 三餸車仔麵套餐 ($42) (+凍飲$3)牛腩, 芝心丸, 豬肚 配粗麵, 沙嗲汁牛腩好厚肉~豬肚好薄, 好有咬口自選三餸車仔麵 ($42) (+熱飲$4)牛筋, 魚腐, 墨魚丸,  配蕃薯粉,腩汁好少可車仔麵檔有得選蕃薯粉, 仲要唔洗加錢轉牛筋炆得非常之淋魚腐好索湯~選丸類配料只係得2粒, 個人認為叫牛筋, 牛腩, 豬肚抵食好多~沙嗲汁同腩汁的湯底都好惹味, 仲可以任加佢地既秘製辣油, 香味十足!
