To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早喺佢入米芝蓮推介前我叫過一次外賣，佢嘅藥膳湯底真係令人一試難忘👀 記得第一次去嗰時條人龍長到嚇人，等外賣都等咗45分鐘以上。今次下午1:00過嚟條人龍無咗，亦唔見有等外賣嘅人！究竟點解嘅呢？🧐 難道入選米芝蓮推介會令人氣下降？ 定係我今日好彩撞啱無咩人嘅時段呢？👀呢度最出名就係佢哋嘅坑腩同崩沙腩，多數2點前呢兩樣嘢就已經賣晒！今日都唔例外，1:00已經賣晒坑腩！！知道之後真係晴天霹靂😭 (我內心嘅情緒就好似鄭嘉穎咁：AHHHHHHHHHHHH！) 次次都食唔到！！唯有下次再早啲過嚟食啦😢❤️ 清湯蘿蔔牛腩河 $58湯底有別於平時食到嘅清湯，係偏濃味嘅藥膳湯底，充滿藥材香味，味道接近肉骨茶！店主用咗當歸、淮山、龍眼等藥材去熬製，湯底藥材味無肉骨茶咁濃，甘香鮮甜而唔苦，飲多幾啖都唔覺膩😋 我見好多食客都飲晒啲湯㗎，飲完成身暖晒😆牛腩肉質軟腍唔韌，聽聞要煮到3個鐘先煮到咁腍，口感比崩沙腩實淨！好食度：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)❤️ 清湯蘿蔔崩沙腩粗麵 $88崩沙腩肉質較牛腩更軟腍，有筋膜及少少肥膏，肥瘦均稱！比起普通牛腩我個人更喜歡崩沙腩嘅油香，牛味更濃，滋味盡在不言中🤤 好滿足！雖然比牛腩貴$30

 崩沙腩肉質較牛腩更軟腍，有筋膜及少少肥膏，肥瘦均稱！比起普通牛腩我個人更喜歡崩沙腩嘅油香，牛味更濃，滋味盡在不言中🤤 好滿足！雖然比牛腩貴$30，但呢$30係值得加💁🏻‍♀️ 粗麵同幼麵我就比較偏愛粗麵，粗麵較有質感，幼麵梘水味較重😁
