相信大家都聽過佢嘅前身-大吉放題,但佢依家已經係轉咗型,依舊係以日式料理為主,走高檔路線,裝修都靚咗好多。啱哂大家上黎傾計介紹下自己食咗啲咩先,因為唔係太肚餓所以只係叫咗四樣野試下🤔🌟吞拿魚腩茸海膽卷$198不過不失嘅卷物,用料係好嘅,海膽夠鮮味,你地知咁嘅配搭一定係好味。🌟赤味噌煮牛筋牛舌$118呢個真係好驚喜,佢個牛筋軟硬好適中,淋得黎又唔會化開哂,超級入味, 應該係慢煮過。牛吞係好新鮮,唔會好似出面咁食到有騷味,真係不錯。🌟日本豚肉露荀串$68呢個絕對係考刀工嘅菜,佢個豚肉片到勁薄,可以見到裹面個露筍。佢燒到外面脆脆地,再包上好新鮮嘅露筍,個種鮮甜蔬菜味真係襯托到出黎。🌟鰻魚芝士玉子燒 $118呢個我覺得個鰻魚係燒得幾好味,脆脆地同夠味,又冇骨。但美中不足係個芝士唔夠多😳
