To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日對心太軟有點興趣聽友人說這裡有個凍餅和心太軟一樣是流心的不同於心太軟那種外脆內軟這個凍餅有奶凍的外層 內面流心的朱古力奶醬還有少許酒味 反而來得驚喜另外值得一試的是迷你多士雖然一般在家也很容易做得到但難得下午茶消閒一下 $6也不算太貴始終330是社企 也不會太介意價錢這個多士味道就是pizza 的味道如果新鮮出爐 熱騰騰吃應該會更佳

這個凍餅有奶凍的外層

另外值得一試的是迷你多士
雖然一般在家也很容易做得到
但難得下午茶消閒一下 $6也不算太貴
始終330是社企 也不會太介意價錢
這個多士味道就是pizza 的味道
如果新鮮出爐 熱騰騰吃應該會更佳
