之前黎呢度都係假日黎食午餐,今晚經過,就黎個一人晚餐吧~接近九點,唔駛等位!一個人叫左個備長炭壽司盛$98,帆立貝,海鰻、魷魚、珍寶赤海蝦、蒲燒鰻魚壽司各一件。個人鍾意食火炙壽司,因為喜歡火炙後更香口, 用炭烤感覺就更加"原始",烤完後仍能食出鮮味,正! 每件都幾大件,好新鮮~ 用木板上,比用碟賣相更吸引!本來諗住咁夜食板壽司就夠(夜食野好肥架!),但眼見枱枱都有個碳爐仔燒野食,好吸引,咁就加碼啦~~ 我係蟹迷,就叫左呢個 - 漁匠蟹味噌甲羅燒$78。上枱時店員講解要點燒同點食,原來燒一陣就要攪暈佢,等啲蛋汁熟左就食得,唔係好易燒燶。燒左陣,店員即該幫我攪暈佢,哈,佢又知我攪唔掂。再燒多陣,店員又幫我夾起上碟,真好服務!! 蟹肉同成pat蟹膏+蛋汁撈埋,炭烤後再放上薯片食真係諗都未諗過。啖啖蟹肉真係食得爽,完全冇渣同冇蟹軟骨! 食蟹都可以食得好優雅!其實好想食甜品,不過夠了! 埋單唔駛加一。特色的一餐~
