To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公喜歡食上海菜，但香港好味上海菜館真係愈來愈少，突然間話想食，真係要諗下。聽人講龍川好味，記憶中之前食過一次，但印象唔深刻，見位置都順路去，就再試一次。唔記得龍川唔係食小菜，係麵、菜飯之類，於是叫了我喜歡的酸辣湯餃子、上海粗炒、煎鍋貼同蟹粉小籠包。首先酸辣湯餃子好得，酸辣味道剛好，唯一少咗豬紅絲，美中不足。菜肉餃子肉味濃，配埋酸辣湯好美味。煎鍋貼正宗煎法，底部燶脆，裏面肉汁保全，👍🏻！蟹粉小籠包比好多上海飯店好好多，抵食👍🏻。上海粗炒比較甜，我哋無食哂，拎返屋企第二日加少少豉油蒸返熱剛剛好。豆漿唔係自家製都扣咗少少分，不過今時今日，請人做嘢都難，唔可以樣樣嘢自製都好明白。臨走買多一打菜肉雲吞，返屋企整砂鍋雲吞雞啱哂👍🏻

唔記得龍川唔係食小菜，係麵、菜飯之類，於是叫了我喜歡的酸辣湯餃子、上海粗炒、煎鍋貼同蟹粉小籠包。

首先酸辣湯餃子好得，酸辣味道剛好，唯一少咗豬紅絲，美中不足。菜肉餃子肉味濃，配埋酸辣湯好美味。

煎鍋貼正宗煎法，底部燶脆，裏面肉汁保全，👍🏻！

蟹粉小籠包比好多上海飯店好好多，抵食👍🏻。

上海粗炒比較甜，我哋無食哂，拎返屋企第二日加少少豉油蒸返熱剛剛好。

豆漿唔係自家製都扣咗少少分，不過今時今日，請人做嘢都難，唔可以樣樣嘢自製都好明白。
