To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田已經變成另類自由行景點，每次行街都會見到大堆旅客，搞到附近商場食店全部變成連鎖店，就連行入food court都會以為自己返大陸。到沙田附近找食，想避開自由行，最好的方法就是行遠少少過IKEA，又平又好味之餘，更不會被自由行打擾，今次更食到新的芝士香腸通粉，大滿足！芝士汁夠多夠濃郁， 店員店落芝士汁絕不手軟，每一粒通粉都被厚厚的芝士包著，對於芝士控來講必定無投訴！脆皮香腸肥嘟嘟，啖啖肉，有驚喜。肉桂蘋果批不會過甜，而且每一口都是大片的蘋果肉，用料十足，再食多一件都無問題！雞翼有點細隻，肉質不算滑，比起平時的質素差得多，可能是當天人太多。每次必點的瑞士肉丸，肉味香濃，每口都有肉汁，配上醬汁味道豐富，果然次次都可以維持水準。西湯比較鹹，但口感稀到似水；粟米很凍，而且不飽滿，劣。
