To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友行街行了一日,很攰。 很想坐低找食物吃,此時正好經過大快活, 於是便決定入去tea一tea。我點了一個雪菜肉絲米粉和春捲。 入面的餡料較少,沒有太多。而味道中等,不過不失。 而應該放了一段時間,因為都有點出油的感覺。 而春捲是小小的, 一口便可以吃掉, 覺得大快活可以命名為「一口春捲」。 應該這樣可以變得更加有gimmick。而米粉方面, 可以煮得耐一點,因為吃落有點硬。雪菜肉絲的味道十分好吃, 鹹中帶點鮮。而蔥有幾粒, 若果叫加蔥,會給阿姐用眼光凌厲,所以朋友都不夠膽叫加蔥了。
