To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係下午茶時段我會成日嚟, 因為幾鍾意食呢到嘅蛋糕。佢哋嘅蛋糕食落唔會過甜過漏，食落味道好好，而且口感都好鬆軟。佢每日都會有唔同嘅蛋糕揀，而我每次都會試唔同嘅款式。實際上價錢都只係$20左右，佢哋又係社會企業，好值得被支持黑芝麻豆腐芝士蛋糕 食到好天然嘅黑芝麻味道，加上佢用料係豆腐加芝士，食落唔會覺得好heavy，同比較輕盈健康雲石芝士蛋糕 低糖版嘅雲石芝士蛋糕，味道好之餘有唔會覺得漏，蛋糕口感幾鬆軟。檸檬慕絲蛋糕好鍾意表面嗰層檸檬慕絲，酸酸甜甜咁，令人忍唔住一啖又一啖咁食。藍莓鬆餅
