To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完旅行返嚟，有啲餓，就同朋友仔去Delifrance醫下肚，點左個二人套餐食。凱撒沙律：麵包粒脆脆地，生菜新鮮，加少少煙肉碎同沙律醬，好食！羅宋湯：好稀，無咩料。煙三文魚白汁碎蛋三文治：要百吉包，其實就者係普通法包，麵包軟硬適中，煙三文魚同碎蛋味道都不過不失，不過份量就真係少左啲，食哂都唔飽，如果當係輕食都ok，要食到飽就唔好揀啦。夏威夷烤雞燴飯：份量就正常好多，似返個午餐，味道燶得嚟又唔鹹，可惜雞件好少，食飯塞飽肚算啦。凍檸蜜：淡淡蜜糖味，酸甜程度剛剛好。雪糕蝴蝶酥：雪糕有啲雪粒，唔夠幼滑。蝴蝶酥硬到呢…完全無酥既鬆脆…

羅宋湯：好稀，無咩料。

煙三文魚白汁碎蛋三文治：要百吉包，其實就者係普通法包，麵包軟硬適中，煙三文魚同碎蛋味道都不過不失，不過份量就真係少左啲，食哂都唔飽，如果當係輕食都ok，要食到飽就唔好揀啦。

夏威夷烤雞燴飯：份量就正常好多，似返個午餐，味道燶得嚟又唔鹹，可惜雞件好少，食飯塞飽肚算啦。

凍檸蜜：淡淡蜜糖味，酸甜程度剛剛好。
