To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚飽飽地唔係太想食飯, 朋友話想食米線, 一於去附近既譚仔三哥食因為時間唔係太夜, 所以我地三個人唔係等左好耐就坐低左, 我要左正常吧米線, 朋友就要左個過橋米線, 另外黎三哥點可以唔嗌小食, 所以我地都要左一個尖椒皮蛋同口水汁豬耳朋友碗過橋米線黎左, 黎遠已經聞到個三哥酸辣既湯底, 雖然係好大碗, 但係肚餓既時候一個人食晒成碗都幾爽小食都無令我地失望, 皮蛋好香, 豬耳好爽下次都會繼續黎

小食都無令我地失望, 皮蛋好香, 豬耳好爽
