To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 料約千一,人頭加工費百一,加上額外點的菜蔬、白飯和加一等,埋單千六左右。侍應們殷勤有禮令人賓至如歸,不過食物質素真的不感恭維。出來吃海鮮志在開開心心,價錢不是太計較,重點水準實在未能登上大雅之堂,食材不鮮烹調也不理想,拍馬也比不上和我們所喜愛的三聖,總算叫做試過了,沒有下次。

吃畢此頓後我上吐下瀉虛弱得請了兩天病假,不過每每想到雙親的心意,心還是暖暖的。
