To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前唔知間鋪個名點解會咁改我老細同我講貓麵係俗語意思係俾人大罵一場/西面既意思老闆娘果種霸氣令我覺得間鋪無改錯名不過大聲唔代表無禮貌斯文一樣有敗類大波都唔一定索E.g. 大波樺孽瘤Anyways 有實力先串得起既(● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾貓麵主打就係麻辣麵同埋手撕雞鍾意食辣嘅人對辣就係又愛又怕受傷害今次試左麻辣三寶麵配料可揀三樣實在唔夠因為有成超過十幾款餸可以揀實在太難取捨啦啦啦個人覺得粉皮配麻辣醬係最夾最後揀左小辣麻辣牛肚+ 麻辣牛柏葉+ 麻辣豬耳因為本身配料已經有麻辣醬醃過所以食落係好撚入味就咁聞啲口水已經分泌晒出嚟啦食落口嗰下味蕾大爆炸既感覺實在太爽建議加埋花生落去就更惹味份量亦都好多五餅二魚咁食極都食唔完一路食住麻辣野一路望住前面間九份茶舍頂唔住就狗衝左去買杯凍冰冰嘅茶飲
