今晚去銅鑼灣崇光百貨找個舊同事食飯,等到她放工後帶了我去到渣甸街(廚十三老壇酸菜魚),餐廳設計很有特式,座位用卡板來隔住,當然坐得十分舒服,不經不覺大家傾下講下好快已到十一點,這一刻大家都知道不作別想,下次叙會都會來這餐館。魚肉夠鮮甜,仲啖啖肉,魚肉索曬湯底麻辣香味的精華。老壇酸菜魚$338(小份)主角當然是魚,大件及冇魚骨,配菜是午餐肉、支竹、寬粉等再加入大量酸菜、川椒、花椒、乾辣椒集合了麻辣香酸的味道,十分醒胃。酥脆無臉男$88是酥肉者也,炸得乾身不油膩,送飯一流。正經的雞被撕$108嫩滑油香味好濃。紅糖冰粉$28冰粉煙煙韌韌再配花生碎同杞子等,不會太甜,夠冰凍相當好食。
