To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工後，來到屯門雅都商場GoGo Mall Food court，環境明亮，座位寬敞舒服。自己好鐘意食辣野， 所以來到呢間馬拉公公。點了檳城福建蝦麵$49和凍薏米水$10， 好快取餐鐘響振動後便可以取餐﹗店員多次問我食唔食得辣，看來呢碗檳城福建蝦麵辣度十足。檳城福建蝦麵:入面材料豐富，賣相不錯，包括:蝦隻、魚蛋片、腩肉、半隻蛋、芽菜、豆角等。湯頭用檳城白蝦熬製而成，所以充滿蝦鮮味，淡淡的椰香，配上辣椒等不同香料，刺激惹味，忍唔住飲左一啖又一啖湯。滲滲粗油麵同幼身米粉混合，掛湯力很強，雙重口感滋味﹗ 魚蛋蝦肉爽口彈牙，第一次食長身形豆卜，一咬爆晒濃郁湯汁。 凍薏米水$10:底部有足料薏米，解辣一流﹗
