每次去西貢玩水,4點幾就要去排隊沖涼,6點前要去到旺泰就可以順利入座。呢度有種泰國排檔嘅風味,長期滿座。玩完水當然要飲個椰青,等緊上菜已經暑氣全消。每人先食三串串燒。我最鍾意食燒全翼,雞肉好嫩滑。燒雞腎如果外層可以脆少少就更加好食。沙嗲汁唔辣,少少甜味好開胃。泰式炒金邊粉份量唔大,但係好足料,餸菜仲多過粉。醬汁酸酸甜甜,撈埋我最鍾意食嘅芽菜就更加清爽。豬肉生菜包又鮮又辣,香料十足,好適合夏天食,又係愈食愈有胃口。但係對我黎講太辣喇,只可以食一兩塊。
