美中鴨子?邊度美?排一個鐘,最好值得,但完全唔得,就算唔使排,都係完全唔得桂花榚凍伴鴨件,咩配搭?比塊薯片墊底扮fusion? 成件事錯哂,食到入口糕還糕,鴨還鴨,片還片,仲有沙律醬,塊鴨仲勁肥且無香味,得個油字,想點?空虛的普寧豆腐,好脆呀,但空心嘅?豆腐係分漿嘅五份一左右,一咬落去你會問,豆腐呢?幾好味都救唔到,佢嘅味道亦都只係可以松葉炸蟹蚶算係比較好嘅一味,炸得香脆,蝦膠juicy彈牙,入面仲係用真。蟹鉗仔,不過都係有啲油小龍包容易破皮,係比較有勁嘅口感。湯汁肉餡還好,味道偏淡。薑絲醋碟都係淡茂茂主角片皮鴨直頭敗家,頭盤嗰碟嘅鴨皮都脆過哩碟,好油好肥又唔香。美中鴨子嘅鴨肉,無論味道同口感,我嗰碟有三份二都好似雞肉。另外三份一都仲有少許鬆但唔化,鴨味亦唔香仲有餐廳好嘈

空虛的普寧豆腐,好脆呀,但空心嘅?豆腐係分漿嘅五份一左右,一咬落去你會問,豆腐呢?幾好味都救唔到,佢嘅味道亦都只係可以
