To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年前食下斎先～呢間斎鋪係筲箕灣！憑初一十五都排長龍！不過佢係我暫時食過最好食既斎！唔係講笑⋯佢係煮到果種味出黎，但又係斎黎！所以真係煮得好好食！聚寶盆-係每次都要點既⋯不過有時太好賣會無晒⋯所以要靠小小運氣！🤤佢係雞蛋整既，可能食全素既人唔食得～不過係好好食，好香蛋味～分開蛋白蛋黃，口感似豆腐！👍🏻猴頭菇鎮江骨-味道酸酸甜甜！明明係菇～但做到個味道好似！而且唔會炸得太硬！好好口感！煙燻素鵝卷-外面係腐皮卷住素菜！個煙燻味做得好特別！不過今次咸左小小！😅松子炒飯-因爲我媽媽中意食松子，所以次次都食呢個！松子份量就一般啦！入面有斎肉粒！扮到好似真炒飯咁嫁！😝🤗其實間鋪頭係有套餐既！套餐會抵d，有湯有飯～不過因爲我屋企人好鍾情呢幾款菜式，所以好少叫套餐！😜😜所以好似我咁散叫會貴左既！
