大年初一,偕同家人看過賀歲片過後,順路到 iSqaure 吃晚餐。剛好上海婆婆336內有空席。蒜泥白肉,整頓晚飯最感滿意的一道菜。白肉卷著青瓜條,加上蒜味充足、酸酸的蒜泥醬汁,令人食指大動,可是蒜泥的份量可以再增加。蟹粉黃金炒飯,卻欠奉「蟹粉」味,只能吃出「黃金(蛋黃)」與「炒飯」。新年吃這個意頭不錯,味道卻非常一般。開心果露筍炒牛肉粒,開心果與露筍佔盤子的大部分實屬意料之外,意想不到的可是鬆肉粉在牛肉當中,份量多得過火,味同嚼蠟。松子黃魚,黃魚雖件頭不大,魚身炸得酥脆,汁料甜酸可口,為餐廳挽回一些分數。蟹粉小籠包雖皮薄,肉汁卻欠奉,且沒有蟹粉味。婆婆生煎包,肉餡缺乏鮮肉的香甜味,是因為新春假期沒有師傳製作新鮮食材所致嗎?下年春節,還是別懶惰,與家人回家做飯好。
