To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在荃灣麗城工作，不太順利，7點先收工，收拾完餓的不行了，趕緊去三期的譚仔三哥食米線。太肚餓了，只好點過橋米線，因為有16樣食物材，才54元，不過怕熱氣，只好要清湯。上枱後又忍不住，加了點辣，還好就是加了點味。還沒吃到一半就後悔了，因為開始飽了，實在太豐富了，適合大食既人。最後加9元要了杯凍咖啡。
